Anyone can practice yoga therapy in order to relieve stress and/or induce well being for the body and mind.

It is not my desire to "teach" yoga for free but to do something more, to provide a means to learn yoga in a communal setting where the only commitment from a participant is one's desire and curiosity. The cost will include your room and meals as they take the approach that your diet has a very important part to play in your overall yoga activities.
Yoga exercise mats are typically thin and somewhat tacky in nature, and I don't mean the type of tacky that would make you cringe at the thought of going out in public with it either. No, yoga exercise mats are designed with the express purpose of providing a non-slip surface for which to practice your yoga poses on, although certainly the other connotation of tacky can apply to some of the designs that can be seen carted into any yoga class. There are also special breathing techniques to practice. For yoga, the yoga posture itself is the exercise.
While practising Bikram Yoga, muscles are contracted and stretched at a cellular, biochemical level. You might find yourself feeling extremely energetic and experience difficulty sleeping. Don't worry--this is a good sign that the yoga is truly filling you up with energy. You don't have insomnia. You just have more time to do the things you enjoy.

Mostly people who learn Yoga. The Eagle posture in Yoga improves concentration, sense of balance and grace of the body. Research has proven that there are a lot of health benefits, whether physiological, psychological or biochemical, that can be obtained through the practice of yoga. While there are some distinctions between Yoga styles, they are not always clearly defined. The Mahayana school of Buddhism is noted for its proximity with Yoga.
